Estimate Shipping Time

Average delivery time for standard shipping is 2 - 4 business days.

Your delivery time will be dependent on the location. To check a specific delivery timeframe, see below for estimates on each Australian state. Please note that the delivery dates displayed below and on the checkout pages are estimates, we cannot guarantee that a parcel won't encounter delays within the network. All orders ship from our Queensland warehouse.

What if the shipping address I entered is incorrect?

The majority of addresses are correctly converted. However, if you know your address has been incorrectly converted, contact us at info@reverieandrove.com.auso we can help fix it before your package is dispatched. 

Can I choose a different shipping provider?

No, sorry. We’ve searched high and low, and our provider offers the best combination of excellent service and competitive rates.

Where are your products shipped from ?

All products are shipped from the Gold Coast in Queensland.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or a product is faulty, it is super easy to return it. Send it back to us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. 

If you change your mind, please contact info@reverieandrove.com.au as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 90 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment, international shipping returns are partially covered and prices are no more then the original shipping rate paid. 


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When and how can I expect my refund?

Please allow 10 additional business days from the order's arrival and processing of the return for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

How can I exchange a product?

It is super easy to exchange a product within 90 days from the point of delivery. Items must be new and unused to be eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges can be made for most in-stock items. If the item you'd like to exchange for has a higher/lower price, you will be charged or refunded the price difference.

What if my goods are damaged on arrival?

We are pretty stringent with our quality control but occasionally things can slip through. If your product is faulty or we sent you then incorrect order by mistake, we have a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Simply contact us at info@reverieandrove.com.au and tell us the issue. We will happily get any problems sorted as quickly as possible.
