What if the shipping address I entered is incorrect?

The majority of addresses are correctly converted. However, if you know your address has been incorrectly converted, contact us on info@reverieandrove.com.au so we can help fix it before your package is dispatched. 

Can I choose a different shipping provider?

No, sorry. We’ve searched high and low, and our provider offers the best combination of excellent service and competitive rates.

Product Warranties

The Drift Weekend Duffle Bag warranty

Reverie & Rove Travel duffle bags come with a guaranteed limited lifetime warranty that covers a repair or replacement of your bag. 


The warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, items that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from Reverie & Rove and cosmetic damages such as,

- minor rips

- bumps

- scratches

- scuffs

- general wear and tear generated from using the case.

- Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the bag.


If there is an issue with your Reverie & Rove product and you believe it may be covered under the specific product warranty, please reach out to us at info@reverieandrove.com.au to lodge a claim.


Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided, without this we will not be able to process your claim. Cosmetic damage and general wear and tear from product use and not covered under our policies. Limited lifetime warranties cover the original owner, for the expected lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Inevitably, well used (and well loved!) products will eventually wear out. 

Natura Picnic Cooler Bag warranty

Reverie & Rove Cooler Bags are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date when used under normal conditions for the intended purpose. 


The warranty does not cover any defects caused by improper use, items that were bought second hand or without proof of purchase directly from Reverie & Rove and cosmetic damages such as,

- minor dents

- bumps

- scratches

- scuffs

- general wear and tear generated from using the case.

- Any damage that does not impact the overall functionality of the case.

Eco-Friendly Reusable Bamboo Cutlery Set warranty

Reverie & Rove bamboo products are warranted to be free from manufacturers defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the original purchase date when used under normal conditions for the intended purpose. 

Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or a product is faulty, it is super easy to return it. Send it back to us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. 


If you change your mind, please contact info@reverieandrove.com.au as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase if returned within 90 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment, international shipping returns are partially covered and prices are no more then the original shipping rate paid. 


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When and how can I expect my refund?

Please allow 10 additional business days from the order's arrival and processing of the return for your credit card refund to reflect on your statement. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

How can I exchange a product?

It is super easy to exchange a product within 90 days from the point of delivery. Items must be new and unused to be eligible for an exchange.


Exchanges can be made for most in-stock items. If the item you'd like to exchange for has a higher/lower price, you will be charged or refunded the price difference.

What if my goods are damaged on arrival?

We are pretty stringent with our quality control but occasionally things can slip through. If your product is faulty or we sent you then incorrect order by mistake, we have a 90-day return policy. This means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Simply contact us at info@reverieandrove.com.au and tell us the issue. We will happily get any problems sorted as quickly as possible.

Pre-Order

What does pre-order mean?

You may have noticed some products are only available for pre-order. 

This means that this product hasn't been officially released, but we are letting customers get what they want by ordering in advance before they are available. We will ship the product once it lands in our warehouse.


Pre-orders act as a  guaranteed hold on an item they are interested in at the earliest possible time and at the lowest price without having to worry about it selling out. 


You can find any shipping information and dates in your order confirmation email. 


Why pre-order?

As part of our commitment to sustainability, pre-orders can help us manage stock and forecast demand. This helps reduce overstocked products which can contribute to unnecessary waste. 


Any pre-ordered goods have a discount applied to the original retail price. 

How does my pre-order work?

When we first launch a pre-order product, we will offer an early bird promotion discount that will be reduced as we get closer to the official release date. Once the product has landed and is in stock, full retail pricing will be applied. 

Duffle Bag

How can the bag material be cleaned?

For mild scuffs and dirt, the bag can be brushed with a damp cloth and left to dry. 


For harder stains, the bag can be soaked for up to 10 minutes in water, and then gently rubbed with eco-friendly washing powder. Hang the bag out to dry naturally and do not wring the bag out while wet.  

Can the bag be washed in the washing machine?

While we advise hand washing, the bag can be washed in the washing machine. 


Wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C or 86°F and hang out to dry naturally. 


Do not use bleach on the bag. 


Do not tumble dry the bag. 

Can the material be ironed?

The bag material can be ironed at a medium temperature to remove any potential crease marks. 

How much plastic is recycled in the manufacturing process?

Each bag upcycles approximately 16 plastic bottles in the manufacturing process. 

Cooler Bag

How can the bag material be cleaned?

We advise hand washing the bag with warm soapy water, wiping both the internal and external material as required. 


If necessary, the bag can be submerged in water to soak for tougher stains before spot-scrubbing the areas. 


Allow to dry completely before use. This is especially important if the bag was submerged in water as the insulated filling is likely wet. 

Can the bag be washed in the washing machine?

*We do not recommend machine washing the bag as this will damage the internal linings and ultimately break down the product. 

Can the USB outlet be removed or replaced?

Yes, the USB is designed to be removed for cleaning or replacement purposes. Simply open the horizontal zipper in the side pocket and remove the cord and plug when required. 

Eco-Friendly Cutlery and Chopping Board Sets

What is the lifespan of the bamboo cutlery if used daily?

The average lifespan of our bamboo cutlery set is around 1 year if used daily. 


Are they safe to go in the dishwasher?

Yes, our bamboo cutlery set and chopping board are dishwasher safe. 

Are they treated to be water resistant and anti-bacterial?

Yes, our bamboo products are coated and sealed with a food-grade olive oil that provides water resistance and anti-bacterial properties. 

Are there any toxic agents like melamine used?

No, our bamboo products are completely free of toxic agents. 

Are the bamboo products held together using a polymer?

Nope, our bamboo products are shaped from whole natural bamboo to remove the need for any bonding agents.
